 "Celebrating the 250th Anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence" 
along with We the People, and a fireworks star burst. Betsy Ross Battle Torn Flag on top is laser 
cut out of Eucalyptus White Hardboard, painted, glued in place then coated with 2 coats of urethane. 
It measures  5" x 8 5/8" x 3" is tissue wrapped then packed in a white card board box.
